The Women and Children’s Center (WMCH) offers a full range of medical, surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic services for children, from infancy through adolescence and raising funds to help the youngest patients in our community has been at the heart of the Charity Classic from the beginning. As a Baby Friendly designated hospital, the WMCH welcomed 1,500 babies in 2021, as more families than ever chose Wentworth-Douglass as the place to start their families. The WMCH is the most popular birth center on the Seacoast as confirmed by being named “The Best Place To Have A Baby” during the 2021 Best of the Seacoast Awards. Our expert, compassionate team of OB/GYNs, midwives, pediatric specialists, lactation consultants, child life specialists, social workers, and others offers truly comprehensive care for moms, babies and families in our community.
